Executive credentials for leaders who govern AI — not users who complete a course.
A roadmap of executive credentials built on DA-GEOS™ and Human-Directed AI™ — for superintendents, board members, executive teams, and the leaders who report to them.
Judged by demonstrated leadership decisions, not course completion — built by a former superintendent, not a course vendor.
No certification is open for enrollment today. This page documents the architecture Dr. Adams Global is building it against.
A credential is a judgment record, not a completion record.
Every certification in this architecture is designed around the same test: does this person demonstrate leadership judgment under real conditions, not just familiarity with a tool.
Governance Before Capability
A certification is judged by the decisions a leader is trusted to make afterward, not the features they can operate.
Outcomes, Not Attendance
Advancing through a track requires demonstrated leadership work — not hours logged in a course player.
Human-Directed AI™ Underneath Every Track
Every certification tests the same discipline — people lead, technology serves, leadership decides — applied to a different room.
Built on DA-GEOS™
No certification introduces a competing framework. Every track is DA-GEOS™ applied to a specific role.
Executive credentials, not online courses.
- A leadership judgment record, built on demonstrated decisions
- Organized around DA-GEOS™ and Human-Directed AI™
- Role-specific — classroom to boardroom
- A roadmap Dr. Adams Global is building in the open
- A self-paced online course
- Available for enrollment today
- An accredited, licensed, or CEU-bearing credential at this time
- A substitute for district, state, or professional licensure requirements
Three tracks. One foundation.
Every track assumes the same foundational literacy in Human-Directed AI™ and DA-GEOS™ before it goes role-specific.
Education Track
AI Teacher™ → AI Teacher Leader™ → AI Principal™ → AI Superintendent™. Sequential — each rung assumes the one before it.
Governance Track
Board Leadership™. Not a prerequisite for the other tracks — built for trustees and governing-board members directly.
Cross-Sector Track
AI Leader™ → Executive Leadership™. For business, government, and nonprofit executives outside K–12.
All three tracks assume Human-Directed AI™ and DA-GEOS™ literacy as a foundation, not a separate track to complete first.
The most-built track, rung by rung.
The Education track is the furthest along of the three. It is shown here as the reference model every other track will follow.
AI Teacher™
Classroom leadership and professional judgment. Live today as a platform — not yet a certification.
AI Teacher Leader™
Helping colleagues adopt AI with instructional judgment. In development.
AI Principal™
Campus-wide implementation and accountability. In development.
AI Superintendent™
District-wide governance and executive ownership. Live today as a platform — not yet a certification.
Note the distinction: AI Teacher™ and AI Superintendent™ already exist as platforms on this website. The certifications carrying those names are a separate, not-yet-built credential layer on top of them.
A badge marks standing. It does not replace a license.
Each rung in a track, once built, will carry a badge — a visual record of documented leadership work within the DA-GEOS™ framework, not a university credit or professional license.
None of the badges above are awarded today. They are shown to document the architecture, not to imply enrollment is open.
Built for the room you are actually in.
| Track | Primary Audience | Assumes | Judged By |
|---|---|---|---|
| Education | Teachers, teacher leaders, principals, superintendents | Human-Directed AI™ / DA-GEOS™ literacy | Instructional and district leadership decisions |
| Governance | School board members, trustees, governing boards | Human-Directed AI™ / DA-GEOS™ literacy | Oversight and decision-rights discipline |
| Cross-Sector | CEOs, government and nonprofit executives | Human-Directed AI™ / DA-GEOS™ literacy | Enterprise-level governance and execution |
Inside a single rung, once built.
The stages every certification in this architecture is being designed to require — the same shape for every track, regardless of sector.
Foundation
Human-Directed AI™ and DA-GEOS™ literacy for the specific role.
Applied Practice
Real leadership work in the candidate’s own context, not a simulation.
Peer and Advisor Review
Judgment demonstrated to others, not self-certified.
Capstone Decision
A documented leadership decision the candidate stands behind publicly.
Badge Awarded
Recognition of standing within the track — not a license or degree.
What a credential is meant to prove.
- A defensible answer for how an AI-assisted decision was made
- Working fluency in DA-GEOS™'s five domains, applied to the holder’s role
- Documented judgment under real conditions, not a quiz score
- A shared vocabulary with every other credential holder in the enterprise
Every rung in this architecture is a room Dr. Adams has stood in — the classroom, the cabinet meeting, the board table, the executive suite.

Can I enroll in a certification today?
No. Every track on this page is in development. Join the interest list to be notified when a track opens.
Will these certifications be accredited or carry CEUs?
Not yet determined. Accreditation, licensure, and CEU questions are under review before any certification launches.
What does a badge actually represent?
A documented record of leadership work within the DA-GEOS™ framework — not a university credit, license, or degree.
Do I need to start with AI Teacher™ or AI Superintendent™?
You can explore those platforms today at AI Teacher™ and AI Superintendent™ now — the certifications carrying those names are a separate, future layer.
Which track is right for a school board member?
The Governance track, built around Board Leadership™ — it does not require completing the Education track first.
How is this different from a workshop or keynote?
A workshop or keynote builds shared language in a room. A certification, once built, will document sustained, demonstrated judgment over time.
Does this replace district, state, or professional licensure?
No. This architecture is a leadership credential, not a substitute for any licensure your role already requires.
How do I stay informed as tracks open?
Join the interest list below. You will hear first when a track is ready to launch.
The architecture is built. The first track is next.
