Dr. Adams is a Google Executive Coach. That means he has been trained to coach leaders inside one of the most demanding performance environments in the world. Consulting engagements are structured around the DA-GEOS™ framework and typically run three to twelve months. Executive coaching engagements are one-on-one and built for the leader who needs a thought partner with the specific combination of institutional experience, AI fluency, and comfort with high-stakes public accountability that this moment requires.
