When you complete the AI Leadership Readiness Assessment™ or The Board Meeting Test™, we collect your responses, your stated role (e.g., superintendent, trustee, executive), your organization, and the email address you provide to receive your report. Diagnostic engagements additionally collect documents, policies, and interview notes you or your team provide as evidence, as described in the engagement’s written agreement.
Individual responses are scored against a published rubric to produce your personal or organizational report. For board-wide administrations of The Board Meeting Test™ as part of a Governance Transformation engagement, individual trustee scores are never shared with the board, the superintendent, or anyone outside Dr. Adams Global. Only the composite, board-level result is presented back to the board as a group. This is by design: candor depends on it.
Assessment and diagnostic responses are accessible only to Dr. Adams Global personnel directly involved in preparing your report or engagement, and to the technology providers who host the assessment tools on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain assessment and diagnostic data for as long as needed to deliver your report, support an active or prospective engagement, and maintain reasonable business records. You may request deletion of your individual assessment data at any time by contacting us, subject to any record-keeping obligations tied to an active client agreement.
