1. Who we are

Dr. Adams Global Strategies and Solutions, LLC (“Dr. Adams Global,” “we,” “us”) provides consulting, coaching, keynote, and diagnostic services to school systems, governing boards, executive teams, businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies. This policy explains how we handle information collected through dradamsglobal.com and related services, including the AI Leadership Readiness Assessment™ and The Board Meeting Test™.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide directly — name, title, organization, email, phone (if given), and anything you write to us through a contact, inquiry, booking, or book-launch form.
• Assessment and diagnostic responses — answers submitted through the AI Leadership Readiness Assessment™ or The Board Meeting Test™, along with the role and organization you associate with your responses. See our Assessment Data & Confidentiality Statement for how this specific category is handled.
• Engagement information — details you share in scoping an engagement (board size, district enrollment, timelines, and similar context you provide in inquiry forms).
• Technical information — standard web log data (browser type, pages visited, referring page) collected automatically by our hosting provider, and any cookies set by embedded third-party content such as YouTube videos or Google Fonts.
• Email subscription and engagement information — if you opt in to receive Dr. Adams Global™ marketing email, we may maintain information such as your email address and name, your marketing opt-in status, the date and time of opt-in, a record of which consent notice you agreed to where this is tracked, the lists or interests associated with your subscription, the resource, page, or campaign your opt-in came from (including UTM or referral information where available), email delivery status, opens and link clicks where tracking is enabled, and unsubscribe, suppression, or preference status. Not every field is collected for every subscriber or interaction. This marketing opt-in is a separate choice from the consent you give when submitting the AI Leadership Readiness Assessment™ or a diagnostic tool, described above and in the Assessment Data & Confidentiality Statement — opting in or out of one does not change the other.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, and prepare proposals.
• To score and deliver assessment or diagnostic results.
• To administer client engagements, coaching relationships, and speaking bookings.
• To deliver a requested resource, such as a downloadable guide, and to send related service communications.
• To send executive insights, Human-Directed AI™ strategies, invitations, resources, and offers by email — only to people who have explicitly opted in, and never sold or rented to a third party.
• To manage email subscriptions, preferences, and unsubscribe requests.
• To measure email delivery and engagement where tracking is enabled.
• To preserve consent and suppression records as needed to respect a person’s communication choices.
• To improve this practice’s services and content.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use assessment or diagnostic responses for advertising.

4. How information is shared

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use service providers that process information on our behalf to operate this website, deliver requested services, communicate with users, and support our business operations, including:

• Netlify — website hosting, form submissions, and serverless/function infrastructure.
• Supabase — application and database infrastructure supporting assessment, consultation, report, consent, and attribution data.
• Resend — transactional and requested-service email delivery, such as assessment reports and confirmations.
• Brevo — opted-in marketing email, contact and list management, nurture automation, subscription and preference management, and unsubscribe or suppression management for those who have opted in.
• Google — calendar and scheduling, fonts, and other approved Google services where used.
• YouTube — embedded video where used.

Each provider processes information on our behalf subject to its own applicable contractual and privacy terms, and does not use it for its own independent marketing purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Dr. Adams Global or others.

5. Data retention

We retain contact and engagement information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Assessment and diagnostic responses are retained as described in the Assessment Data & Confidentiality Statement.

6. Your choices

• You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by writing to the contact address below.
• Marketing email is sent only based on your explicit opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in that email, or by contacting us directly.
• We maintain suppression and unsubscribe information as necessary to honor your opt-out.
• Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional or requested-service messages that are necessary to fulfill an action you initiated, such as delivery of a requested report, resource, or confirmation.

7. Children’s privacy

This site and our services are directed at adult professionals — leaders, board members, and executives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Assessment and diagnostic tools evaluate organizational and leadership readiness; they are not intended to be completed by minors.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practice or the applicable law changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
